Our goal is to make them affordable for everyone. We provide a direct link from the farm to your table. We also operate on a bigger scale than other organic suppliers and have a thoroughly planned and efficient supply chain which helps in being price competitive.

Organic produce is subject to stringent monitoring and testing. All Saintfarm products are certified Organic and we would be happy to provide a copy of the certificate, and encourage you to visit our farms and learn about organic farming from a first-person perspective!

Fresh fruits and vegetables are handpicked and hand cleaned. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products.

Every fruit and vegetable varies a little in size and weight. While you shop, we show an estimated weight and price for everything priced by kilogram. At the time of delivery, we weigh each item to determine the final price. This could vary by 10% at maximum. Therefore, if you have shopped for something that costs Rs. 100 per kg and we deliver 1.5 kg of the product to you (e.g. cabbage, pineapple), you will still be charged a maximum of Rs. 110. In case the weight of the product is lesser than what you ordered; you will pay correspondingly less.

Delivery charges can vary from city to city.

In the case of fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, and dairy products), the customer must check the quality of the product at the time of delivery itself. If any of the fresh produce is not up to the customer’s requirement, they are requested to return the whole quantity of that product to the delivery boy.

• In case of an order cancellation/return through card/Net banking we credit the money back to your credit/debit card or Net Banking which takes up to 10 to 15 working days to reflect in your statement.
• No quality issues related to the fresh produce will be entertained by the call centre executive thereafter.
• However, in the case of grocery, if the customer is unable to check the quality at the time of delivery, he/she should inform the same to the call centre / WhatsApp on +91 89809 79687 or email to customerservice@saintfarms.com within 48 hrs (2 days) of delivery.

Yes, it is safe to use your card on the Saintfarm application. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using a visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.
